01 | initial enquiry
the process begins with a conversation. we establish the location of the project, the stage of the build or renovation, the client’s requirements and the overall direction of the kitchen.
this gives the project a clear starting point and allows the twelve team to understand what needs to be achieved.
02 | showroom consultation
clients are invited to experience twelve at the showroom campus in bryanston, johannesburg.
the showroom allows clients to view the pearl, mist, dune and carbon collections, explore materials and finishes, understand cabinetry details and experience the twelve approach to essential luxury kitchen design in person.
03 | kitchen brief
the kitchen brief defines how the space needs to function.
we consider storage, appliance requirements, cooking habits, entertaining, family rhythm, layout, material preference and the relationship between the kitchen and the rest of the home.
the aim is to create a kitchen that is not only visually refined, but practical and intuitive in daily use.
04 | layout and design direction
the layout is developed around the home and the way the kitchen will be used.
we consider movement, working zones, island proportions, storage, preparation areas and the connection between the kitchen, dining and living spaces.
this stage gives shape to the design and ensures the kitchen feels calm, complete and properly resolved.
05 | collection and material selection
the appropriate twelve collection is selected or adapted for the project.
pearl, mist, dune and carbon each offer a different expression of the twelve language, allowing clients to choose the level of warmth, contrast, texture or atmosphere that best suits their home.
materials, finishes, countertops, cabinetry details and components are then considered together to create a refined and consistent kitchen environment.
06 | technical detailing
once the design direction is approved, the kitchen moves into technical detailing.
cabinetry, components, appliance integration, drawer systems, countertop details and site requirements are carefully resolved before manufacturing begins.

07 | custom manufacturing

once installation is complete, the kitchen is reviewed and handed over to the client.
